Scam Alert

We have become aware of incidents involving the unauthorized use of the name of our attorney, Kazuto Yamamoto, and the name of our firm, in attempts to conduct fraudulent transactions by the person who identifies himself as “Fu Huang Fu” from the Bank of “Tokyo-Mitsubishi-UFJ Ltd.”

Please beware of such a fraudulent scheme, and feel free to contact us if you receive any such documents or notices or have any concerns about the authenticity of communication that purports to be from our firm or any one of our attorneys, employees, or representatives.

We also encourage you to notify your local law enforcement authorities whenever you receive any documents or notices that appear to be fraudulent. Thank you.
